World Championship Awards

This time, we’re going all in on rewarding team performance with 70% of net sales from the bundle going to the top 20 teams, distributed by final placement, and 30% of net sales going to award-winning players. Net sales are the proceeds after taxes, payment processing, and console platform fees are covered. Here are the awards for the World Championship:

  • Tournament MVP: best overall performer across all games
  • Finals MVP: outstanding play in the 3v3 Finals
  • Breakthrough Performance: most impressive breakout player of the event

One winner per award. Each winner receives an equal amount. All three winners voted on by a panel from Epic and Blast. 

Stats determine the winners of the remaining 9 awards:

  • Best Striker: highest average goals per game
  • Best Playmaker: highest average assists per game
  • Best Savior: most saves per goal allowed

Top three finishers in each category from the top eight teams. The higher the rank, the higher the payouts.

From September 1 through September 23, complete themed Challenges to unlock rewards celebrating the capstone of the competitive season:

  • Two Decals, for Octane and Dominus
  • One set of Wheels
  • Inferno Collection Drop
