Open Format Sees Out the School Year
CRL’s open competition format will be returning to finish out the academic year! From the start of the season, CRL Spring will track teams on a level points leaderboard. Teams will once again face off in four Open Tournaments, where they can earn points and Scholastic Prizing over the semester! Here’s the details for CRL Spring:
- Open to all College Teams in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
- One Conference
- Four Open Tournaments lead to a Spring Championship
- Each Open Tournament is two days:
- Day 1: Double Elimination Bracket with four pools. Two teams from each pool advance to Day 2.
- Day 2: Double Elimination Bracket with the top eight teams from Day 1.
- The top 16 teams in each Open Tournament receive CRL points for their performance
- The Spring Championship will feature the top eight point-earning teams competing in a Single Elimination Bracket over two days to determine the CRL Spring Champion!
Interested in competing for your share of the $50,000 in Scholastic Prizing? Find two other students who attend your school and start practicing together!
